Marsha Hubler

American Christian author. She is also an expert in homeschooling and an educator specializing in learning disabilities. She and her husband were foster parents for many years and her popular Christian series Keystone Stables, deals with the trials and tribulations of both foster kids and foster parents. This series, as the title suggests, is also populated with a number of horses, reflecting Marsha's love for and interest in the equine species.

As well as this series, she has also written two stand-alone pony books, and some non-fiction.

Christian teen series about a rebellious foster kid who is always in trouble until she is fostered by a Christian pair who introduce her to both horses and God. Needless to say she takes to the former more easily!

First editions are paperbacks and as far as I know no hardback editions were produced. The original 6 part series was recently reprinted with new titles and new cover art  and expanded to include 2 new stories. This new reprint is still in print and can be found easily and bought new in both UK and USA. .The older editions can be harder to find, especially outside the USA.
